Skin Boosters - all you need to know
Today on the Dr Christine blog we look at Restylane Skin Boosters and explain a little about what they do and what they treat.
Restylane Skin Boosters are stabilised Hyaluronic Acid molecules that are crosslinked to form a clear sterile gel for injection into the skin.
What do Skin Boosters do?
They deliver deep skin hydration to improve skin quality and help nourish skin on a daily basis, giving skin a natural glow that lasts. They improve skin elasticity, decrease skin surface roughness, improve skin hydration and improve skin firmness and smoothness.
What can Skin Boosters be used to treat?
They can be used to restore volume in the hands to reduce the appearance of veins and tendons, and to improve the tone texture and hydration of the skin of the face and decolletage.
When will I see results?
The results are gradual over the weeks following treatment as the hyaluronic acid gel gets to work, binding with water to bring lasting hydration and improve your skin's elasticity and smoothness. You will need a course of 3 or 4 treatments every 3- 4 weeks.
